Deliveries and Returns

  •  We will endeavour to prepare / dispatch orders including, click and collect orders:

    • 1. Same day for orders placed by 12:15pm AEST Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). 

    • 2. The Monday after ordering, for orders placed between 12:15pm Thursday to Sunday.

      However, please allow up to 2 business days  after anticipated dispatch times in peak periods. Our team will generally inform you in the event we can’t make our

  •  All orders (except click & collect) are sent via third party, Australia Post. Martin Street Coffee relies on the promises made by Australia Post and has no control over delays by the third party delivery partner.

  • If you are not home when your delivery arrives, Australia post may leave your parcel in a safe place and / or send a text message to you advising you of how to collect (MyPost Account holders only). Australia Post no longer leave paper cards.

  • We charge a flat rate - Australia wide freight charge.  This is discounted and costs less than the cost Martin Street Coffee pay to freight customer orders. Australia post aim to deliver to metro Melbourne within 2 business days and 3- 5 days in other states.  Some regional / remote locations may take a little longer to arrive.  Our flat rate Australia - wide freight charge is $10.  We only offer standard parcel post. For orders over $99, we offer free shipping.

 Please note these are only estimates—postal delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch. There may be some postal delays out of our control, due to COVID-19 issues.  Details can be found on the Australia Post website, or via your parcel tracking link. 

 International Shipping

Martin Street Coffee Roasters do ship internationally on an order by order basis.  To make a purchase for an international delivery location, please contact us directly at: hello@martinstreetcoffee.com

We use Auspost for all international express delivery for all internal orders.  A quote is arranged per request and the total sale, including internal freight, is payable in full prior to dispatch.  International post includes tracking.  Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. 

We regularly ship orders to China, Singapore, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Italy.

 Tracking

All postage is sent with tracking details.  Delays are possible and the tracking information will hold the most up to date information around and delivery delays.  Martin Street Coffee Roasters can only access the same information as that available to customers via the tracking link.

Returns and refunds

 Returns
We offer returns for up to 30 days since purchase only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, remain sealed, undamaged, and in the same condition, you received it. It must be in the original packaging and contain all labels.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers and beverages cannot be returned.

To request a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reason for proposed return to: accounts@martinstreetcoffee.com 

Refunds

For all refund requests, please contact our team at accounts@martinstreetcoffee.com   

We are unable to issue refunds due to shipping/fulfilment delays but may issue you with complimentary samples with your ext order - valued at $10 - at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will reply to your email to notify you that we have received the returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.  The credit may take 5 - 15 days to appear on your credit account -

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged after being inspected by the manufacturer. If you need to exchange an item due to it being received as defective and / or damaged - send us an email at accounts@martinstreetcoffee.com  with proof of purchase, the reason an exchange is requested then send your item to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommended using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
